Series C, targeting $150M in equity alongside $400M in growth debt to fund the next phase of global GPU infrastructure expansion. The round follows DeepInfra's recent $107M Series B, which closed at a $276M post-money valuation (~13.8x LTM ARR) and was co-led by 500 Global and Georges Harik. Applying a similar multiple to DeepInfra's current ~$45M ARR implies an indicative valuation in the range of ~$600M.
